Refund Policy

Unopened products: You can return unopened, sealed jars within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email us at [your email] with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Opened products: For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of skincare products once the seal has been broken or the jar has been opened.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
