Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: After processing, delivery to the United States usually takes 6–10 business days. These are estimates, and carrier or customs delays can occasionally happen.

Tracking: When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Customs and import charges: Orders to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT or duties, depending on the order value. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
